RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS


Goods ordered by mistake. Any product ordered by mistake can be returned and a credit or full refund issued as long as it is unopened and in a resaleable condition. It must be despatched to us no later than seven days from the date it was delivered to your stated address.

 Goods faulty or damaged in transit. We replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. If a replacement is required, please send us an email to sales@n2.co.nz and we will contact you to make arrangements. Before you return the Goods to us, please carefully re-read any instructions and check that you have followed them correctly.

The Goods must be returned to us as soon as any defect is discovered but not later than twenty days from receipt by you except when they are under warranty, in which case they must be returned by the last day of the warranty period.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

REFUNDS (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be issued or refund be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within thirty days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds, if any, are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or to damage in transit.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, except when under warranty, in which case it must be received by us by or before the last day of the warranty period.

Protection If delivery was made to a New Zealand address, you are protected by the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
